1. Who We Are

Mih Mastery is a Oklahoma company operating under the name MIH Consulting Firm LLC.  We are a company of loan officers who have grown our business and want to share our expertise. You can contact us with any questions at mihconsultingfirm@gmail.com.


2. Comments

When visitors leave comments on our site, we collect the data shown in the comments form, including their name, email address, website (if provided), and the comment itself. We also collect the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. We use Gravatar to display your profile picture next to your comment, if you have one associated with your email address. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.   

3. Cookies

If you leave a comment on our site, you may opt-in to saving your name, email address, and website in cookies. These cookies are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.   

If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.   

When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.   

If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie includes no personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article you just edited. It expires after 1 day.

4. Embedded Content from Other Websites

5. Who We Share Your Data With

We may share your data with the following categories of third parties:

  • Service Providers: We share data with service providers who assist us with hosting, email delivery, spam detection, analytics… 
  • Legal Authorities: We may disclose your information to legal authorities if required by law or legal process.

We will never sell your personal information.

6. How Long We Retain Your Data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.   

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information. We retain user account data for as long as the account is active.   

7. What Rights You Have Over Your Data

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Access: You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you.   
  • Rectification: You have the right to correct any inaccuracies in your personal data.   
  • Erasure: You have the right to request that we erase your personal data (“right to be forgotten”).
  • Restriction of Processing: You have the right to restrict the processing of your personal data.
  • Data Portability: You have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format.
  • Objection: You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data.   
  • Withdrawal of Consent: If we process your data based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time.

8. Where Your Data is Sent

Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service. By using our website, you consent to the transfer and processing of your information by these third-party services.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We encourage you to review it periodically. The “Effective Date” at the top of this policy indicates when it was last updated.
